There are so many essential oil brands out there why choose doTerra? I'm not here to say there is no other oils out there and if you use them you are an idiot. I am here to tell you I was thinking about the same questions. Looking for the same answers. The more I looked around, spoke to different people, looked into different companies they all offered the same things. Well, mostly. BENEFITS OF USING ESSENTIAL OILS
There are many reasons why essential oils are useful. I can list them like a doctor but I figure that personal experiences are always better.
I first discovered the benefits of essential oils when my sister had found out that she had gotten a skin fungus during her first pregnancy. She went to a bunch of different doctors all that had expensive solutions to her ever growing problem. That was when she and I started looking for a more affordable and natural remedy. We assumed a more natural approach would be healthier in the long run then with treating it with chemical after chemical to get rid of it.
The more we looked around and read, the more we were finding more and more interest in essential oils. They had so many benefits to them and could be use in more ways than one and they not only helped with certain things they were healthy. That was great! We scrolled through the many different oils and found that Tea Tree, when used topically in cured infections such as acne, fungal infections, lice, scabies, athlete's foot, and ringworm. I can't remember off hand what it was she had but, we bought a bottle from doTerra along with the fractionated coconut oil, combined them and after every shower she would rub it on her body. A few days later it started disappearing, after a month it was completely gone.
It was amazing! Something that doctors told her couldn't be cured without certain medications had disappeared within a month of using Natural Essential Oils. Ever since then she and I have been hooked on them.
